If inquiring about a custom mold do you intend on pouring your own castings, or do you need me to pour the castings as well as making the mold? Include information on structural dependencies, location (indoors or outdoors), chemical resistance, heat resistance, size, and any interactions with other objects. As much information as possible about your project is appreciated.

Do you possess a 3D model?

If yes, kindly email it to frank@para3Dprinting.com. If not, please indicate so; we can create a design from scratch. Note: I cannot download free files and use them in a commercial setting without buying commercial rights. ** Please be sure to send the file and NOT a link. Acceptable file types include STL, OBJ, IGES, STEP, and 3MF. **

How many parts are required in total?

For custom molds, specify the quantity of parts intended for pouring.

Are there multiple parts needing assembly?

What color and material do you prefer for your product?

Does your product involve electronic components?

If yes, specify the components, how you would like it to be poured, and desired power source (disposable batteries, USB-C rechargeable, standard 120V wall plug).

Other Disclaimers

My largest printer can print 11 inches in diameter and 20 inches high. Anything larger than that needs to be printed in multiple pieces. Sometimes, printing in multiple pieces and assembling them may be cheaper due to print time.
If your project requires multiple materials, chances are it needs to be printed in multiple parts. However, there are a few materials that can be printed together.
If there is a chance you will need more of these parts made, it will be cheaper to order them all at once while the printer is set up printing your product.
Any molds made to pour resin, wax, lead, and/or silicon will include a sample part that I pour.
